Session #1 (Intake Session)

I take a full assessment of your health, symptoms, current medication, supplementations as well as your nutrient deficiencies, bowel health, stress levels, diet and exercise habits, and understand your health goals and your lifestyle and food preferences. Bases on findings, tailored nutritional health plans will be made for you.
Session #2 (Plan Delivery)
This session is designed to review the plan together. I will provide the necessary information and support, helping you with ways to implement the plan in a way that suits you the best. Feel confident and excited when leaving the session, and embarking on any change!
